Karen Carson Endorsed by Public Trust PAC

The Public Trust PAC, headed by distinguished leaders in Knox County, announced its endorsement of Karen Carson in the upcoming election. The Public Trust PAC works to improve the quality and effectiveness of local government.

Karen Carson to Hold Public Rally and Reception at Rothchild Catering onJanuary 28, 2008

To thank her constituents for allowing her to serve on the School Board since 2004 and to ask for the opportunity to serve another term, Karen Carson is holding a public rally and reception at Rothchild Catering 8807 Kingston Pike on Monday, January 28, 2008 from 5-7 PM. The event is free and open to 5th district voters, their families, and all current and former employees of Knox County Schools.

All other Knox County-wide candidates, candidates for 5th district County Commission, along with representatives of all the Presidential primary campaigns, are invited to come, meet and greet attendees, and distribute campaign information. Light appetizers and beverages, along with a cash bar, will be provided.

RSVP's are requested, but not required, to assist planning. This event will be publicized in local papers and additional information is available at Karen's website.
